To order by mail please select "Check/Money Order" as your payment type. Print 2 copies of the receipt page that will come up next. Send 1 copy with your payment to the address listed at top. Keep the other copy for your records. Make Checks/Money Orders Payable to: "CNK Enterprises". No COD option is available, sorry.

To order on-line please select "Credit Card/PayPal" as your payment type. This will take you to PayPal's secure checkout/payment center. All orders MUST be shipped to the confirmed address of the credit card or account used. If you need to send your order to another address please indicate why in the comment box at checkout. 

If you are trying to send your order to an address other than the billing address be aware that PayPal does not have a provision for the second address. They will show the Billing address as the shipping address after you have completed payment. We do not use this PayPal address for shipping.
