Return and Exchange Policy
All shoe sales are final at this time. We cannot accept returns on these items unless they are defective right out of the box (all shoes are inspected before shipping to insure that they meet the highest standards of quality). We are sorry about this hard policy and are working to ease this as much as possible. Check back to see any updates. If you need to return defective shoes you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. All returns must have a RMA # or the package will be refused.
If you buy an item from us and you are not happy with it for any reason you may return it within 14 days. All items MUST be in new, unworn condition and will all original tags and packaging. There may be up to a 15% restocking fee for this. Panties, thongs, teddys and shorts cannot be returned for a refund if they have been tried on. They can only be exchanged if a defect is found. Once they have been worn, they cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This is a health code law. Return shipping costs are the customers reasonability except if the item is defective or incorrect. Any Shipping Charges will not be refunded.

If you would like to exchange something you bought from us or need a different size we will be happy to exchange it for you. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Defect or Wrong Item
If you get an item that is defective right out of the box or we accidentally shipped you the wrong item (this has only happened once do to a typo) we will exchange it immediately. We will send you a pre paid shipping label for return shipping and get your new item back out to you as quickly as possible. How to Send Your Return
You must send back the item(s) you wish to return/exchange with a copy of your receipt with the item(s) circled and instructions on what you would like us to do (Return or Exchange for new color/size). Once the item(s) have been inspected to be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging we will refund your money or ship you the new items. Items that have been worn or are damaged while or due to being worn cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions! This is a health code issue. You must email as soon as possible if you need to make a return and so we can provide you with the RMA # and shipping info. email@example.com
Special Sales, Closeout Items, Special Offers and Exclusions
All Closeout Item Sales Are Final, No Exchanges Or Refunds! This only applies to CLOSEOUT items. They are clearly marked as such. All Costumes cannot be Returned or Exchanged between Oct 1 and Nov 30 except if defective or for another size of the same item. Most items (excludes costumes shoes, boots or special holiday themed items) purchased between Nov 15 and Dec 25 can be returned/exchanged after Jan 1 for up to 2 weeks in our special "Gift Period". Same items purchased Jan 1 thru Feb 14 can be returned/exchanged for up to 2 weeks after Valentines Day as well.
